‘No-Call’ Violators Sued
Attorney General Greg Abbott has sued fifteen companies and individuals for violating the ‘Texas No-Call’ law. These enforcement lawsuits seek to stop the telemarketers from harassing consumers who have signed up for the no-call program. The companies were selling a variety of products and services, including financial planning services for seniors, computer and auto repair, home improvements such as siding and insulation, and carpet and upholstery cleaning services.|
