The Texas Gang Investigators Association welcomes vendors at its annual conference which will be held June 23 - 27, 2014 at the Omni San Antonio at Colonnade Hotel located at 9821 Colonnade Boulevard in San Antonio, Texas. The conference presents an excellent opportunity to showcase your company's products and services.
The exhibitor's fee for this conference will be $300.00 for the full conference, $150.00 for a partial conference, and $50.00 for a one day display, all of which include:
- 1 Booth Space
- 2 Tables with draping
- 4 Chairs
- 1 Electric plug
- 1/8th page ad in the TGIA Graffiti Newsletter – Electronic
- Your Company information on Vendor Portion of TGIA Website
- Invitation to all social events (Vendor Hospitality Reception, Awards Reception, & Networking Event)
**Wi-Fi is available and may be purchased directly through the hotel**
Arrangements have been made for exhibitors to be housed at the Omni San Antonio at Colonnade Hotel located at 9821 Colonnade Blvd, San Antonio, Texas, 78230. Exhibitors will be set up in the La Joya Room across from the Main Ballroom.
Payments must be submitted with the enclosed form no later than May 15, 2014. Space is limited so vendors will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.

You must tell the reservation desk you are attending the Texas Gang Investigators Association Conference to receive the special TGIA room rate of $110.00 Single or $139.00 Double. Room reservations must be made no later than May 30, 2014.
Exhibitors may set up on Sunday, June 22, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
