Child Support Evader: John Vinson Lowry
Attorney General Ken Paxton needs your help to find Child Support Evader John Lowry, one of the Most Wanted Child Support Evaders in Texas. Lowry, who was named a Child Support Evader in 2004, owes more than $127,000 for his three children’s care. Lowry has gone underground to elude officials and willfully avoid arrest.

The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) works to ensure that Texas parents provide their children with the resources they need to lead happy, healthy lives. To help make this happen, the OAG partnered with the Texas Workforce Commission on a program designed to empower parents with jobs and the ability to provide much-needed support for their children.
