During the 86th Legislative Session, section 552.234 of the Government Code was amended.  Thus, effective September 1, 2019, the following methods are the only means of submitting a written request for records of the Office of the Attorney General:

• By facsimile to (512) 494-8017

• By hand delivery during normal business hours to the Public Information Coordinator’s Office at 209 W. 14th Street, Austin, Texas 78701

• By electronic submission through the OAG’s Public Information Request Center.
