This presentation by Dr. Jaine Fraser will address important topics related to jury selection. Attendees will learn how to “warm up” the jury before in-depth questioning, determine if a juror’s beliefs could actually be bad for the case, and use scaled questions to expose bias.  Dr. Fraser will also discuss juror rehabilitation and “stair-stepping,” a tool to get jurors to commit to their opinions.
