Whether you’re a victim advocate, service provider, or law enforcement personnel, you play a key role in helping crime victims navigate their options. Our training gives you the tools to support victims with confidence and accuracy.

These introductory courses cover essential topics like Crime Victims’ Compensation, Priority Processing and Presumptive Eligibility, Victim Rights, and the Address Confidentiality Program. The goal is to help you understand how these services work, how to guide victims through applications, and how to streamline the support your agency provides. By completing these trainings, you’ll be better prepared to answer questions, connect victims to resources, and meet program requirements.

Through these trainings, we aim to equip professionals with the knowledge to:

  • Provide effective assistance to victims accessing the Crime Victims' Compensation Program
  • Promote and recognize victims' rights
  • Provide information about the Address Confidentiality Program
