The Office of the Attorney General - Child Support program participates in the Financial Institution Data Match (FIDM) program.

FIDM is a multi-state alliance that requires a financial institution to match its account owners with persons owing child support.

If you are a Texas-only financial institution or doing business in multiple states but not participating in the OCSE matching process, you are still required to report account owners. The Texas Child Support Division participates in an alliance that enables you to comply with this requirement. To obtain more information or to enroll in the alliance program, visit the FIDM Alliance website.

The federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) operates the matching process for financial institutions doing business in multiple states.
