The Information Governance and Logistical Operations Division (IGLO) supports the agency's mission by providing services and strategic guidance to meet the information and logistical service needs of agency divisions and employees statewide. The Information Governance (IG) Section of the IGLO division promotes appropriate management of agency information assets and supports the agency's commitment to compliance, transparency, and accountability through administering the application of the agency’s records retention schedule, participating on committees and councils that impact information policies and processes, managing the agency records storage and archival, identification of historically valuable records for preservation, and providing internal agency publication services.
