How can I learn more about procurement opportunities with the OAG?

All state procurement opportunities over $25,000 must be posted to the Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD), which is operated by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Opportunities with the OAG can be found by selecting Office of the Attorney General – 302 from the Agency Name dropdown menu.

How can I learn more about current OAG contracts?

Pursuant to Senate Bill 20 passed during the 84th Texas Legislative Session, a listing of current OAG contracts is made available to comply with the requirements for transparency in state agency contracting and procurement set forth in the bill.

How can I find more information about the OAG’s Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program?

The goal of the agency's HUB program is to increase procurement opportunities for minority, woman-owned, and Service Disabled Veteran businesses. The program includes components designed to increase awareness, provide education, and encourage participation by actively working with both agency staff and the vendor community.
