Forfeited Funds Annual Reports
Pursuant to the requirement set forth in Article 59.06(s) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Office of the Attorney General has computed the total amount of funds forfeited or credited after the sale of forfeited property in the preceding calendar year. In order to compile the figures herein, the Office of the Attorney General aggregated the amounts reported pursuant to the audit requirement found in Article 59.06(g) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for reporting law enforcement agencies and attorneys representing the state.
Peace Officer Involved Shooting Reports
The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) has adopted and published reporting forms for Officer-Involved Shooting Incidents, as required by Articles 2.139 and 2.1395 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, which became effective September 1, 2015. The forms along with the annual report(s) required to be issued by this office are found below.

Human Trafficking Publications
Texas' Response & Guide for Education and Criminal Justice Professionals
The Office of the Attorney General’s report provides both an overview of human trafficking in the State of Texas and the government’s response to this horrendous crime. Human trafficking-related issues are identified, and recommendations are provided for the Legislature’s consideration as it examines how to enhance existing statutes and services available to human trafficking victims.

Nuisance Abatement
Texas Nuisance Abatement
Chapter 125 of the Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code and Section 101.70 of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code are considered the “Texas Nuisance Abatement Statutes.” These statutes permit law enforcement agencies to close any piece of property involved in illegal activities, including violations of the Texas Penal Code, the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code and the Texas Controlled Substances Act.
