Click here for more information.The 88th Texas Legislature passed SB1133 the Landowner Compensation Program (LCP) to assist with real property damage costs resulting from border crimes.
The proposed rule was published for comment on February 16, 2024, and the comment period has closed. We are currently reviewing the submitted comments. The application will be available once the final rule is published.
