LA UNIDAD CONTRA LA EXPLOTACIÓN DE NIÑOS

En el Condado de Bexar, Ramsey Clark fue arrestado el 21 de septiembre por tres cargos de posesión de pornografía infantil. Los investigadores de la Unidad de Explotación de Niños ejecutaron una orden de búsqueda en San Antonio, donde se incautaron varios dispositivos electrónicos y se presentarán a la Unidad Forense Digital para su examen. Durante una entrevista grabada, Clark confesó poseer y utilizar la cuenta de redes sociales reportada y poseer y ver pornografía infantil. Este caso fue recibido como un informe CyberTipline del Centro Nacional para Niños Desaparecidos y Explotados (NCMEC) que involucra cargar imágenes de pornografía infantil a una plataforma de redes sociales.

En el Condado de Bexar, Domingo Hernández fue arrestado el 21 de septiembre por no mantener los requisitos de registro de delincuentes sexuales. Hernández fue condenado previamente por indecencia con un niño por contacto y sentenciado a diez años de libertad condicional.  

En el Condado de Bexar, James Burkey, un miembro confirmado de la pandilla Tango Orejon, fue arrestado el 21 de septiembre por violar los términos de su libertad condicional al incurrir en un nuevo cargo de fraude penal. Burkey fue condenado previamente por posesión de una sustancia controlada y sentenciado a seis años de prisión. El grupo especial de United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force de San Antonio ayudó con este arresto.   

En el Condado de Bexar, Rickey Mackey fue arrestado el 19 de septiembre por no mantener los requisitos de registro de delincuentes sexuales. Mackey había sido declarado culpable de abuso sexual y sentenciado a cinco años de prisión.  

En el Condado de Bexar, Nicanor García, un miembro confirmado de la pandilla Mexican Mafia, fue arrestado el 16 de septiembre por violar los términos de su libertad condicional al no presentarse. García fue condenado anteriormente por posesión de una sustancia controlada y evasión del arresto/detención utilizando un vehículo, por lo que fue sentenciado a cinco años y dos años de prisión, respectivamente. García se resistió activamente al arresto y se ha presentado un cargo posterior de evadir el arresto/detección.  

En el Condado de Bexar, Joseph Walker fue arrestado el 14 de septiembre por violar los términos de su libertad condicional al dar positivo por narcóticos. Walker fue declarado culpable previamente de ser un delincuente en posesión de un arma de fuego y sentenciado a cinco años de prisión.  

In Bexar County, Jose Rivera was arrested on September 14 for violating the terms of his parole by failing to complete mandatory sex offender treatment classes and by failing a urinalysis test. Rivera was previously convicted of indecency with a child and sentenced to five years of probation, but his probation was revoked and he was sentenced to four years in prison. Rivera was also convicted of manufacturing/delivering a controlled substance and sentenced to ten years in prison.  

In Bexar County, Justin Klein was arrested on September 12 for violating the terms of his parole by removing his monitoring device. Klein was previously sentenced to 25 years in prison after being convicted of aggravated robbery. 

In Bexar County, Daniel Lynch-Garza was arrested on September 12 for failing to maintain sex offender registration requirements. Lynch-Garza was previously convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child and sentenced to five years of probation.  

In Bexar County, David Rocha was arrested on September 12 for violating the terms of his parole by testing positive for narcotics. Rocha was previously convicted of violating a bond/protective order for domestic violence and sentenced to two years in prison.  

In Bexar County, Rosanne Salazar was arrested on September 12 for violating the terms of her parole by incurring a new charge as well as for an additional outstanding warrant for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Salazar was previously convicted of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and sentenced to five years in prison.  

In Bexar County, Jonathan Pena was arrested on September 12 for violating the terms of his parole by being ejected from the sex offender treatment program. As a juvenile, Pena was previously adjudicated of having committed indecency with a child – sexual contact and sentenced to 96 months of probation (determinate sentence).  

In Bexar County, Arnoldo Almeida, a confirmed Latin Kings gang member, was arrested on September 7 on five outstanding warrants. He had two warrants out for possession of a controlled substance as well as one for each of the following: evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, felon in possession of a firearm, and an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force assisted with this arrest.  

In Bexar County, David Thomas was arrested on September 8 for violating the terms of his parole by incurring a misdemeanor for an obscene promote/produce/direct charge. He was previously convicted of murder with a deadly weapon and sentenced to 30 years in prison.  

In Brazos County, Lloyd Freeman was arrested on September 22 for violating the terms of his parole by incurring a new charge for resisting an officer. Freeman was previously convicted of indecency with a child – sexual contact and sentenced to two years in prison. Freeman is currently on parole for possession of a controlled substance, for which he received a four-year prison sentence.  

In Cherokee County, Antonio Davalos-Avina, an illegal alien from Mexico, was arrested on September 14 for illegal re-entry. The Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force assisted with this arrest.  

In Collin County, Joe Linden Blanton, Jr. was arrested on September 12 on an outstanding warrant for indecency with a child.  

In Dallas County, Jacob Vela was arrested on September 13 for theft, $30,000 to $150,000, and engaging in organized crime. This arrest was made as part of the Project Safe Neighborhood Initiative.  

In Galveston County, Darion Ray, a confirmed Bloods gang member, was arrested on September 15 for burglary with intent to commit other felony. The Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force (Galveston) assisted with this arrest.  

In Harris County, Ronnie Scott Jones was arrested on September 22 for violating the terms of his parole by absconding. Jones was previously convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child and sentenced to ten years in prison.  

In Harris County, Samuel Jacob Murray was arrested on September 22 on an outstanding warrant for two counts of indecency with a child.   

In Harris County, Bruce Edward Barton was arrested on September 22 for failure to comply with mandated sex offender registration requirements. Barton was previously convicted of sexual assault of a child and was sentenced to two years in prison.  

In Harris County, Charlie Finley was arrested on September 22 for violating the terms of his parole by failing to attend sex offender treatment program classes. Finley was previously convicted of aggravated sexual assault and sentenced to 40 years in prison. Finley is currently on parole for aggravated robbery and received a 50-year sentence.  

In Harris County, Jerome Rodrick Moore was arrested on September 21 for violating the terms of his parole by failing to attend classes. Moore was previously convicted of two counts of indecency with a child – sexual contact and sentenced to four years in prison. Moore is currently on parole for failure to register as a sex offender and received a 12-year sentence.  

In Harris County, Phillip Carl Carter was arrested on September 20 for violating the terms of his parole by failing to attend classes. Carter was previously arrested for sexual assault and sentenced to life in prison.  

In Harris County, John Benjamin Hutton was arrested on September 16 on four warrants for failure to comply with enhanced sex offender registration requirements. Hutton was previously convicted of carnal knowledge with a juvenile out of Jefferson Parish in Louisiana and was sentenced to a suspended term of two years of hard labor. The investigation was initiated after a referral from the National Sex Offender Targeting Center in Arlington, Virginia. The arrest was made with the assistance of the United States Marshals Service, Gulf Coast Violent Offender and Fugitive Task Force.  

In Harris County, Aldifonso Gonzales, a convicted sex offender, was arrested on September 16 for a supervised release violation relating to possession of marijuana and a prohibited weapons offense. Gonzales was previously convicted of aggravated sexual assault and sentenced to ten years deferred adjudication. The arrest was made with the assist of the United States Marshals Service, Gulf Coast Violent Offender and Fugitive Task Force.  

In Harris County, Jonathan Johnson was arrested on September 15 for failure to comply with mandated sex offender registration requirements. Johnson was previously convicted of indecency with a child by contact and sentenced to 15 years in prison.  

In Harris County, Charles Wesley Banta, a confirmed Aryan Brotherhood of Texas gang member, was arrested on September 14 for failure to comply with mandated sex offender registration requirements. Banta was previously convicted of aggravated kidnapping with intent to commit sexual assault and sentenced to 35 years in prison. 

In Harrison County, Troy Wayne Elliot was arrested on September 22 on an outstanding warrant for possession/transport of a weapon by a violent felon. The Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force assisted with the arrest.  

In Harrison County, Victoria Ann Davis was arrested on September 22 on an outstanding warrant for distribution/sell for profit I/II narcotics. The Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force assisted with the arrest. 

In Llano County, Joshua Jordan Lomas was arrested on September 19 on an outstanding warrant for murder. The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force out of Austin assisted with the arrest.  

In Montgomery County, Mathew Alane Ward was arrested on September 15 for failure to comply with mandated sex offender registration requirements. Ward was previously convicted of indecency with a child by exposure and sentenced to two years in prison.  

In Montgomery County, Dale Dennis McElvain was arrested on September 14 for failure to comply with mandated sex offender registration requirements. McElvain was previously convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child and sentenced to 15 years in prison.  

In Montgomery County, Ozzie Jay Bock was arrested on September 12 for failure to maintain mandatory sex offender registration requirements. Bock was previously convicted of sexual assault-second degree out of Washington County (Arkansas) and sentenced to sixty months of probation. After violating the terms of probation, Bock was later sentenced to 180 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections with a sixty-month suspended sentence. The United States Marshals Service, Gulf Coast Violent Offender and Fugitive Task Force assisted with the arrest.  

In Rockwall County, Ehab Faheem was arrested on September 15 on an outstanding warrant for indecency with a child.  

In Smith County, Marcus Dwayne Clark was arrested on September 19 for a federal probation violation relating to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. Clark, a registered sex offender, was previously convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child and sentenced to six years in prison. The Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force assisted with this arrest.  

In Tarrant County, Chardrick Rayshad Johnson was arrested on September 19 for violating the terms of his parole by incurring a monitor/curfew violation. Johnson was previously convicted of four counts of aggravated robbery and sentenced to ten years in prison.  

In Tarrant County, Kevin Bernard Johnson was arrested on September 12 for violating the terms of his parole by failing to report. Johnson was previously convicted of aggravated robbery and sentenced to 35 years in prison. This arrest took place in response to a Crime Stopper referral.  

In Tarrant County, William Kenneth Ross was arrested on September 9 on an outstanding warrant for online solicitation of a minor.  

In Tarrant County, Ismael Kasim Dickerson was arrested on September 9 for violating the terms of his parole due to being arrested for assault family violence and obstruction or retaliation against a juror. Dickerson was previously convicted of assault family violence with a previous conviction (breath impediment and driving while intoxicated, 3rd or more) for which he was sentenced to four years in prison.  

In Travis County, Jose Mercado-Bravo, an illegal alien from Mexico, was arrested on September 15 for illegal entry. The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force out of Austin assisted with this arrest.  

In Williamson County, Federico Camacho, Jr., a Paisas gang member, was arrested on September 23 on an outstanding warrant for supervised release violation (alien smuggling). The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force out of Austin assisted with the arrest.  

In Williamson County, Junior David Ocampo was arrested on September 21 on an outstanding warrant for supervised release violation (possession with intent to distribute). The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force out of Austin assisted with this arrest.  

In Williamson County, Byron Estell, a registered sex offender, was arrested on September 19 on an outstanding warrant for robbery. The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force out of Austin assisted with this arrest.
